Villa Imperati es una encantadora villa con vistas al mar, recientemente renovada, equipada con muebles modernos y luminosos. Es una villa elegante y espaciosa, ubicada en el lado oeste de Praiano, desde donde se puede admirar la magnífica puesta de sol con vistas a Positano y Capri. Tiene una fantástica piscina exterior privada, con vistas al mar, y un gran jardín equipado con ducha exterior, tumbonas y barbacoa. Se encuentra en el centro de Praiano, accesible a través de escalones que se alternan con un camino típico.
La villa está organizada en 2 plantas:
PLANTA BAJA
• Gran jardín con una espléndida piscina con vistas al mar, ducha de agua caliente al aire libre y barbacoa
• Sala de estar, con mesa de comedor, sofá y dos sillones, con acceso directo al jardín,
• Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas
• 1 habitación doble (tamaño de cama 160x190) y 1 habitación individual (tamaño de cama 190x90), donde se puede agregar otra cama individual (no es posible tener una cama doble, solo 2 camas individuales)
• 2 baños con ducha
PRIMER PISO
• 1 dormitorio doble (tamaño de cama 160x190) con terraza privada con vistas al mar, amueblado con tumbonas
• 1 baño con jacuzzi con vistas al mar
Villa Imperati está ubicada en el lado oeste de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa. Es posible llegar a la Villa a través de unos 100 cómodos escalones, alternando con un camino típico. Hay aparcamiento privado disponible bajo petición y por un suplemento y se encuentra a unos 500 metros del establecimiento. Alternativamente, puede estacionarse gratis en la calle (no podemos garantizar la disponibilidad).

We booked this listing for 5 nights and left after one. Upon arrival, it took two hours to get the AC to turn on even when following the instructions and then it never cooled and the pool was stagnant with a film layer and bugs. We then found mold anver más
We booked this listing for 5 nights and left after one. Upon arrival, it took two hours to get the AC to turn on even when following the instructions and then it never cooled and the pool was stagnant with a film layer and bugs. We then found mold and bugs throughout the home. To access one of the bedrooms, you have to go through another bedroom and only one has an AC vent. The upstairs bedroom only has a tub that wouldn’t fill above 1/3 and one of the two showers was so small half of our group couldn’t use it. To make matters worse, the mattresses were so hard you couldn’t sleep. The main door locks from the inside with a key and will not open unless turned perfectly, so we would not have been able to escape in an emergency. Based on the pictures, we were led to believe this was a luxury listing and were extremely disappointed in the reality. There were too many issues that couldn’t not be fixed overnight (bad mattresses, mold, water pressure, etc) so we left and got a hotel.

The Villa was somewhat difficult to get to but worth the walk and climb. Transportation to get anywhere is not overly easy, there is a walk/climb (paths and stairways) about half a mile to down to town and up to the villaacross to a street to meetver más

Requires luggage porting and drivers to get to most destinations, shoppingrestaurants. But it is a good work out and kick start to bring healthy work out when your vacation is over! :)
